Join us on the Autumn Equinox Yoga & TCM Therapies in collaboration with The Oriental Sage. Starting with Sun Salutations and a Vinyasa practice, moving in to Yin Yoga working on the Lungs and Large Intestine meridians, culminating in deep Restorative Yoga combined with Sound Healing and Acupuncture.
